They have abandoned the fields to their parents, wives and young children who do not have the strength to cultivate them. The climate is more and more arid, the land more and more dry, impoverished, exhausted. And too many mouths to feed! It stands apart from the usual (quantified) media representations (interpretations). Or, la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019histoire personnelle des artistes migrants est susceptible d\u2019agir sur la construction du projet et la lecture des r\u00e9sultats est rarement abord\u00e9e. L&rsquo;intervention<\/span> pr\u00e9sente un exemple d\u2019actions artistiques en milieu scolaire men\u00e9es par Diala Brisly (artiste syrienne r\u00e9fugi\u00e9e en France). Cette population jeune et consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme fragile est prise en charge par l\u2019Aide sociale \u00e0 l\u2019enfance (ASE) qui s\u2019appuie sur des structures institutionnelles ou associatives pour les aider \u00e0 s\u2019adapter progressivement au milieu social, \u00e9ducatif, linguistique et culturel de leur nouvel environnement. Il le suit dans son parcours, lui permet de garder des contacts lointains et proches, il est \u00e9galement indispensable pour vivre au pr\u00e9sent : trouver \u00e0 manger, partager ses d\u00e9couvertes : tous photographient des plats, trouvent des infos sur des aliments inconnus, cherchent des produits familiers etc.<\/p><p>Les plateformes num\u00e9riques sont aussi tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9es par les associations d\u2019aide aux migrants : pour donner des conseils juridiques, administratifs, logistiques, mais aussi pour toute une \u00e9conomie autour de la nourriture (confection de plats, information sur les lieux o\u00f9 se procurer des produits, partager un repas etc.) et enfin par les chercheurs pour observer et analyser la migration du point de vue des besoins et des solutions.<\/p><p>C\u2019est justement la forme et le r\u00f4le des supports num\u00e9riques pour comprendre les habitudes alimentaires des migrants qui est au c\u0153ur de la journ\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tude organis\u00e9e par le laboratoire Citeres (universit\u00e9 de Tours) en collaboration avec Remelice (universit\u00e9 d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans) et l&rsquo;appui du RTR Sciences et Cultures de l&rsquo;alimentation pilot\u00e9 par l&rsquo;IEHCA .
